The loan can be availed by individuals,businessmen,sole proprietors,partnership firms, salaried as well as professionals.

Loan can be availed for Capital expenditure/purchase of commercial or industrial premises/business expansion/working capital/asset acquisition/long term working capital/takeover of existing loan/takeover of existing loan with top-up/other business related purposes.

Mortgage of both Residential and Commercial property is acceptable for Loan Against Property. The property may be self-occupied or rented. Mixed use property is also acceptable.
Utkarsh Small Finance Bank also offers unsecured loan and hence one need not provide for any Security or Collateral for availing a Business Loan.

Yes. You can transfer your existing Business Loan/Loan Against Property from any other financier to Utkarsh Small Finance Bank (Balance Transfer) and also avail additional refinance.

We offer convenient repayment options from 1 year to 15 years depending upon the loan amount as well as the type of loan i.e.whether secured or unsecured.

We offer Business Loan/Loan Against Property as a term loan which can be repaid in easy EMIs (Equated Monthly Installments). EMI can be paid through NACH facility, Standing Instruction to debit from your Bank account or though Post Dated Cheques with your EMI amount.

Once you submit your application form and supporting documents, we shall give approval within 15 working days from the date of receipt of completed application form provided everything is in order. All loan approvals are at the sole discretion of the bank.

An Utkarsh Bank Debit Card makes your payments much more convenient and secure through an electronic payment facility directly debiting from your Savings or Current account maintained with the Bank.

A Debit Card automatically withdraws funds from an attached Bank account. When you pay with a Debit Card, the money is immediately deducted from your checking account.

Debit Card now comes with Chip & Pin facility which has microchip embedded in it and is highly secured. The chip is difficult to tamper with and therefore provides enhanced security to your transactions.

The chip is embedded on the card and contains all information in an encrypted format. It also comes with a personal identification number (PIN) hence making it more safe.

You can choose to apply online or visit your nearest Utkarsh Bank branch. Utkarsh Bank Debit Card comes along with the Account Kit which is given to you at the time of account opening or you can apply through other below mentioned channels:

    Step 1: Login to Utkarsh Bank website www.utkarsh.bank
    Step 2: Click on Ways to Bank
    Step 3: Select Internet Banking
    Step 4: Login to Utkarsh Internet Banking with User Id and password provided by the Bank
    Step 5: Click on Cards Tab
    Step 6: Select Apply for New Debit Card
    Step 7: Select Account Number
    Step 8: Enter the name to be embossed on the Card
    Step 9: Select Delivery Option
    Step 10: Enter OTP sent on your registered Mobile Number
    Step 11: A confirmation Receipt appears on your Screen for successful Debit Card Request.
    Utkarsh Mobile App:
    Step 1: Login to Utkarsh Mobile App either through mPIN or User Id & Password provided by the Bank.
    Step 2: Click on Cards Section
    Step 3: Select Apply for New Debit Card PIN
    Step 4: Enter Account Number
    Step 5: Enter the name to be embossed on the Card
    Step 6: Select Delivery Option
    Step 7: Enter OTP sent on your registered Mobile Number
    Step 8: A confirmation receipt on your screen for successful generation of Debit Card PIN.

The Card Verification Value (CVV) is the last three digit number printed on the signature strip on the back of your card. It is usually required for online payment transactions.

The validity of Utkarsh Bank’s Debit Card is 5 years from the date of issue.

You will receive the new Debit Card within 10 working days, from the date of account opening.

Yes, the Physical Pin will be delivered to you separately at your registered mailing address.

Debit Card PIN can be changed using ATMs, Internet Banking and Mobile Banking.

Yes. You will receive SMS alerts for all Debit Card transactions on your registered Mobile Number and Email ID registered with the Bank. In case you have not registered, kindly visit your nearest branch or call our customer care to update your details.

There are no charges for swiping your card at Petrol pumps or Railway stations.

Yes, the card is in inactive state. You need to activate your card for the first time by using it at any of the ATMs after receiving 4 digit PIN which will be delivered to you at your registered address.

Physical Pin is dispatched separately and will be delivered to you at your registered mailing address.

    Step 9: Confirm New Pin
    Step 10: Enter OTP sent on your registered Mobile Number
    Step 11: A confirmation Receipt appears on your Screen for successful change of Debit Card PIN.

    Step 1: Login to Utkarsh Mobile App either through mPIN or User Id & Password provided by the Bank.

    Step 4: Select Debit Card Number

    Utkarsh Bank Branch:
    Visit the nearest Utkarsh Bank branch along with original photo ID proof.

For security reasons, your Debit Card will be blocked if there are 3 successive wrong PIN attempts at the ATM. However, the card will be activated automatically after 24 Hrs.

You should immediately block your Debit Card through any of the following channels:

You can generate your Debit Card PIN through:

You can use your card after receiving 4 digit code PIN which will be delivered to you separately at your registered address.

    Customer Care:
    You can call our Customer Care (1800-123-9878) between 7.00 a.m.to 9.00 p.m. and enquire the status.

We request you to call our Customer Care (1800-123-9878) between 7.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. (where you can Hotlist your card immediately and simultaneously request for re-issuance of a new card.
You may also submit a written instruction at the nearest branch to hotlist and re-issuance of Debit Card. Replacement/Reissuance Charges for Debit Cards will be applicable.

You will be given 3 attempts to enter the correct PIN, post which your Card will be blocked.

Loss of Card must be reported immediately to the bank or call our Customer Care (1800-123-9878) between 7.00 a.m.to 9.00 p.m. or visit your nearest branch to register the complaint.

Yes, you can change your PIN anytime you wish to. You can change it through any of our Utkarsh Bank ATMs or Internet Banking or Mobile Banking.

Your card will be unblocked automatically after 24 hours. You can use your Card by entering correct PIN.

No, there are no charges for transactions through our ATMs.

There are no charges for using Utkarsh Bank Debit Card at other Bank’s ATM.

Bank may send SMS alerts for all financial transactions.

No, presently the Debit Card can be used only for domestic transactions.

A duly filled in Cardholder Dispute Form (CDF) mentioning all the required details of the disputed transaction(s) and the exact nature of dispute, aids the Cardholder as well as the Bank to initiate accurate investigation with the respective Merchant / Member Bank.

The time frame to resolve Domestic ATM transaction dispute is 7 working days from receipt of the dispute.

Transaction dispute needs to be reported in writing within 7 days from the transaction date.

We strongly recommended that for all service related disputes, the Debit Cardholder must first attempt to contact the merchant to resolve the dispute which enables prompt resolution. Considering all attempts have been made to resolve dispute with the merchant, you may call our Customer Care team for raising exact nature of dispute and send relevant supporting document with respect to failed / disputed transactions with complete transaction(s) details to customercare@utkarshbank.com or submit the same at your nearest Utkarsh Bank branch.
