Our bank does not ask for details of your account/pin/password. Therefore any one pretending to be asking you information from the bank/technical team may be fraudulent entities, so please beware.

Do not enter login or other sensitive information in any pop up window.

It is important to use up-to-date Anti-virus software and a personal firewall.

Phishing is a fraudulent attempt, usually made through email, phone calls, SMS etc seeking your personal and confidential information.

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank or any of its representative never sends you email/SMS or calls you over phone to get your personal information, password or one time SMS (high security) password. Any such e-mail/SMS or phone call is an attempt to fraudulently withdraw money from your account through Internet Banking.

If you ever get any such mail or phone call or sms, please do not part with any information and notify the Bank Immediately.

Do not part with your login, password or any other personal information on phone or e-mail or sms. This may be phishing traps.

As per RBI directives, NEFT transfer facility of Utkarsh Small Finance Bank is now available 24*7 from December 16, 2019 onwards.

As per RBI Order RTGS & NEFT transfer facility is free of cost from July 1, 2019.

हमारा बैंक आपके खाते/पिन/पासवर्ड का विवरण नहीं मांगता है। इसलिए बैंक या तकनीकी टीम से आपसे जानकारी मांगने का नाटक करने वाला कोई भी व्यक्ति धोखाधड़ी करने वाली संस्था से हो सकता है, इसलिए कृपया सावधान रहें।

लॉग इन करने से पहले, कृपया सुनिश्चित करें कि आपके इंटरनेट ब्राउज़र के एड्रेस बार पर यूआरएल पता https://www.utkarsh.bank से शुरू होता है।

किसी भी पॉप अप विंडो पर लॉगिन या अन्य संवेदनशील जानकारी दर्ज न करें।

अद्यतन एंटी-वायरस सॉफ़्टवेयर और व्यक्तिगत फ़ायरवॉल का उपयोग करना महत्वपूर्ण है।

फ़िशिंग एक कपटपूर्ण प्रयास है, जो आमतौर पर ईमेल, फ़ोन कॉल, एसएमएस आदि के माध्यम से आपकी व्यक्तिगत और गोपनीय जानकारी प्राप्त करने के लिए किया जाता है।

उत्कर्ष स्मॉल फाइनेंस बैंक या उसका कोई भी प्रतिनिधि आपकी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी, पासवर्ड या वन टाइम एसएमएस (उच्च सुरक्षा) पासवर्ड प्राप्त करने के लिए आपको कभी भी ईमेल/एसएमएस नहीं भेजता है या फोन पर कॉल नहीं करता है। ऐसा कोई भी ई-मेल/एसएमएस या फोन कॉल इंटरनेट बैंकिंग के जरिए धोखाधड़ी से आपके खाते से पैसे निकालने का प्रयास है।

यदि आपको कभी भी ऐसा कोई मेल या फोन कॉल या एसएमएस मिलता है, तो कृपया कोई भी जानकारी साझा न करें और तुरंत बैंक को सूचित करें।

फ़ोन या ई-मेल या एसएमएस पर अपना लॉगिन, पासवर्ड या कोई अन्य व्यक्तिगत जानकारी साझा न करें। यह एक फ़िशिंग जाल हो सकता है.

आरबीआई (RBI) के निर्देश के अनुरूप, उत्कर्ष स्मॉल फाइनेंस बैंक की आरटीजीएस सुविधा 15 दिसंबर, 2020 से 24x7 उपलब्ध है। फंड ट्रांसफर का आनंद लें कभी भी, कहीं भी।

आरबीआई (RBI) के निर्देशों के अनुसार, उत्कर्ष स्मॉल फाइनेंस बैंक की एनईएफटी (NEFT) ट्रांसफर सुविधा अब 16 दिसंबर, 2019 से 24x7 उपलब्ध है।

आरबीआई (RBI) के आदेश के अनुसार आरटीजीएस (RTGS) और एनईएफटी (NEFT) ट्रांसफर सुविधा 1 जुलाई 2019 से निःशुल्क है।
