As per RBI guidelines and to ensure safety, ATM/POS/ECOM/Contactless/International transactions facility can be enable/disable or limits can be modified of your Debit Card as per your convenience through Utkarsh Internet/Mobile Banking or IVR.
Steps to enable/disable/modify limits of your Debit Card for ATM/POS/ECOM/ Contactless/International transactions
1. Generate your Debit Card Green PIN via Internet Banking/ Mobile Banking/ ATM/ Micro-ATM.
2. Your Debit Card is active and ready to use.
3. You may now enable/disable/modify limits of your Debit Card for ATM/POS/ECOM/Contactless/International transactions through below mentioned channels:
i. Internet Banking/ Mobile Banking
ii. IVR Number- 1800-123-9878 (follow the IVR instructions)

Steps to Enable/Disable ATM/POS/ECOM/Contactless/International transaction through Internet Banking:
- Step 1: Go to https://www.utkarsh.bank
- Step 2: Click on login tab, then select login through Personal Banking
- Step 3: Click on "CONTINUE TO LOGIN"
- Step 4: Enter username and click on checkbox, then click on Continue
- Step 5: Click on the security image, enter password and then click on SIGN IN
- Step 6: Enter OTP sent on your registered mobile number and then click on SUMBIT
- Step 7: Click on the three horizontal lines reflecting on the left-hand side of the Screen
- Step 8: Click on Cards section
- Step 9: Click on Manage Debit Card Limits
- Step 10: Select Debit Card number from the drop-down menu for which you want to enable/disable the ATM/POS/ECOM/Contactless Status.
- Step 11: Select Domestic or International for which you want to enable/disable ATM/POS/ECOM/Contactless transaction
- Step 12: Scroll down and enable/disable the toggle icon as ON/OFF and Click on Next
- Step 13: Enter OTP sent on your registered mobile number and then click on submit
- Step 14: A Confirmation message will be displayed stating- "It's done! Manage Debit Card has been processed successfully "along with a reference number and date & time
- Step 15: Click on DONE. GO BACK
Steps to Set/Modify ATM, POS, ECOM limits for Domestic/International transactions through Internet Banking
- Step 1: Go to https://www.utkarsh.bank
- Step 2: Click on login tab, then select login through Personal Banking
- Step 3: Click on "CONTINUE TO LOGIN"
- Step 4: Enter username and click on checkbox, then click on Continue

- Step 8: Click on Cards section
- Step 9: Click on Manage Debit Card Limits
- Step 10: Select Debit Card number from the drop-down menu for which you want to modify the limit for Domestic or International transaction.
- Step 11: You can modify (increase or decrease) the limits of all the three channels or any of the channels by moving the scroller from left to right Domestic or International transaction.
- Step 12: After setting the desired limit on all the three channel or any one channel for Domestic/International, Click on Next.
- Step 13: Enter OTP sent on your registered mobile number and then click on submit.
- Step 14: A Confirmation message will be displayed stating- "It's done! Manage Debit Card has been processed successfully "along with a reference number and date & time
- Step 15: Click on DONE. GO BACK
Steps to Enable/Disable ATM/POS/ECOM/Contactless/International transaction through Mobile Banking:
- Step 1: Open Utkarsh Mobile Banking App
- Step 2: Enter your login credentials (User Id & Password or MPIN) and click on continue.
- Step 3: Click on More option reflecting at the right bottom of the Screen.
- Step 4: Click on Cards.
- Step 5: Click on the three horizontal lines reflecting on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Step 6: Click on Manage Debit Card Limits.
- Step 7: Select Debit Card number from the drop-down menu for which you want to enable/disable the ATM/POS/ECOM/Contactless Status.
- Step 8: Select Domestic or International for which you want to enable/disable ATM/POS/ECOM/Contactless transaction.
- Step 9: Scroll down and enable/disable the toggle icon as ON/OFF and Click on Next.
- Step 10:Enter the OTP (One Time Password) sent on your registered mobile number and then click on submit
- Step 11:A Confirmation message will be displayed stating- "It's done! Manage Debit Card has been processed successfully "along with a reference number and date & time
- Step 12: Click on DONE. GO BACK.
Steps to Set/Modify ATM, POS, ECOM limits for Domestic/International transactions through Mobile Banking
- Step 1: Open Utkarsh Mobile Banking App

- Step 1: Call our IVR number- 1800-123-9878 by your registered mobile number with Bank
- Step 2: Select language-: press 1 for English, press 2 for Hindi
- Step 3: Press 4 for "Enhance Card Security"
- Step 4: Please enter your 16-digit Debit Card number
- Step 5: Enter your four-digit Debit Card PIN
- Step 6: Press 1 to Continue or press 2 to re-enter your Debit Card details
- Step 7: Press 1 to de-block or temporarily block Card
- Step 8: Press 1 to switch on or de-blocking the Card
- Step 9: Press 3 for e-commerce transactions only
- Step 10: If successful- "your Card Number XXXX has been de-blocked successfully for domestic e-commerce transactions"
Post completion of all above steps, customer will receive a confirmation SMS on their RMN that ATM/POS/ECOM/Contactless status of Debit Card has been enabled/disabled successfully along with reference number.

- Step 2: Select language-: press 1 for English, press 2 for Hindi

- Step 5: Enter your four-digit Debit Card PIN
- Step 6: Press 1 to Continue or press 2 to re-enter your Debit Card details
- Step 7: Press 1 to de-block or temporarily block Card
- Step 8: Press 1 to switch on or de-blocking the Card
- Step 9: Press 3 for e-commerce transactions only
- Step 10: If successful- "your Card Number XXXX has been de-blocked successfully for domestic e-commerce transactions"
