Utkarsh Small Finance Bank (USFB) has introduced a convenient service - Interoperable Cardless Cash Withdrawal (ICCW). This innovative service allows customers to withdraw money from any Bank's ATMs using their UPI (Unified Payments Interface).

With the ICCW service, not only Utkarsh Small Finance Bank customers but also customers of other banks using BHIM UPI and other UPI applications can withdraw cash from Utkarsh Small Finance Bank’s ATMs.

Cash withdrawal on Utkarsh Bank ATMs

Interoperable: Customer’s of any Bank ATM will be able to withdraw Cash from Utkarsh Small Finance Bank ATM or Customer’s of Utkarsh Small Finance Bank can withdraw Cash from Other Bank’s ATM live on Interoperable Cardless Cash Withdrawal.
Cardless Transaction: For ICCW transactions, the customer needs to scan the QR code displayed on the ATM screen using any of the UPI APP on his mobile and authorize the transaction using UPI PIN.
Customer Convenience: No need to carry Debit Card for cash withdrawal from ATM.
Can withdraw cash from multiple accounts linked to UPI.
Skimming and other card related frauds can be eliminated.
Single use (signed) dynamic QR code.
Safety and Security of UPI and NFS Network.

Customers are eligible to perform maximum of two transactions in a day, with a maximum withdrawal limit of ₹ 10,000 per transaction. This way, a customer can withdraw up to ₹ 20,000 in a single day.

Visit any ATM of Utkarsh Small Finance Bank or any other bank’s ATM which are enabled on ICCW.

A QR code will be displayed on the ATM screen (This will generate a dynamic QR code on the screen of the ATM with the timeout limit of 30 seconds.)
Open any UPI-based payment app on your device and open the QR code scanner (eg. Google Pay, Utkarsh Pay, PhonePay)
Enter your UPI PIN to authorize the transaction
Click on ‘Proceed’ button
Cash will be dispensed from the ATM

For Cardless cash withdrawals, the customer needs to have any UPI application installed on the smartphone and the UPI PIN. Without the UPI PIN customers won’t be able to complete the process of cash withdrawal without a Debit Card.

How does Cardless cash withdrawal at ATMs work?

A Customer can either withdraw money from an ATM through UPI or IMT service without using the Debit Card. Customer will scan the QR code by activating the QR scanner on the UPI app or provide the required details needed for IMT service and withdraw the required money in just a few seconds from the ATMs of participating banks.

Can customers withdraw cash without a Debit Card from Utkarsh Small Finance Bank ATMs?

Customers of Utkarsh Small Finance Bank and other participating banks [issuing] can withdraw cash from an ATM without using a physical Debit Card if they use BHIM UPI, Utkarsh BHIM UPI, or any other UPI application that has been enabled for ICCW.
