  • If the resolution you receive does not meet your expectations, you may communicate your concern further to our Nodal Officer at [email protected]. If you are unsatisfied with the responses you receive after following the first two levels of the complaint mechanism, you may write further to Mr. Sankha Basu, Principal Nodal Officer at [email protected]. As per the Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006, if your complaint is not resolved within one month from filing the complaint or if you are not satisfied with the reply, finally you can also write to Office of the Banking Ombudsman appointed by Reserve Bank of India.
