Block Debit Card
In case of loss/theft of card, the Cardholder shall immediately Block/Hotlist his /her card to avoid any misuse for safety reason through following channels:

Cash withdrawal on Utkarsh Bank ATMs
- Step 1: Go to https://www.utkarsh.bank/
- Step 2: Click on login tab, then select Personal Banking
- Step 3: Click on “Continue to Login”
- Step 4: Enter username and password and click on check box, then click on CONTINUE
- Step 5: Click on the security image, then click on SIGN IN
- Step 6: Enter OTP sent on your registered mobile number/email id and then click on SUBMIT
- Step 7: Click on the three horizontal lines reflecting on the left-hand side of the screen
- Step 8: Click on Cards and then select Debit Cards
- Step 9: Click on Block Debit Card
- Step 10: Select your Debit Card
- Step 11:Select Reason for Blocking your Card.
- Step 12: Click on Next button
- Step 13: Enter OTP sent on your registered Mobile Number
- Step 14: A confirmation Receipt appears on your Screen for successful blocking of Debit Card.
- Step 1: Open Utkarsh Mobile Banking App
- Step 2: Enter your login credentials (User Id & Password or MPIN) and click on continue
- Step 3: Click on More option reflecting at the right bottom of the screen
- Step 4: Click on Cards and select Debit Cards
- Step 5: Click on the three horizontal lines reflecting on the right-hand side of the screen
- Step 6: Click on Block Debit Card
- Step 7: Select your Debit Card
- Step 8: Select Reason for Blocking your Card
- Step 9: Click on Next button.
- Step 10: Enter OTP sent on your registered Mobile Number.
- Step 11: A confirmation Receipt appears on your Screen for successful blocking of Debit Card.
You can block your Debit Card by calling on Customer Care Number 1800-123-9878 which is available 24×7 (365 days).
For blocking your Debit Card through SMS Banking,all you need to type the following text and send an SMS to 8108256256 from your registered mobile number:
BLOCK <space> Last 4 Digits of your Card Number
e.g: BLOCK 1234
You will receive an acknowledgement on your registered mobile number confirming you the status of the request. Please note that this service is available only for Utkarsh SFB cardholders who have registered their mobile number with the Bank. Kindly register/update your mobile number with the Bank for more services and SMS alerts.
