How can I register for Internet Banking?
You can register yourself for Internet Banking through the below mentioned

- You can do Self Registration either by using:

1. Customer ID and DOB or
2. Debit Card Number, Card PIN and Expiry Date

Please read and accept the Terms and Conditions in order to proceed.
- Click on Next.
- Please verify the details displayed on the screen
- Click on Confirm
- Enter OTP sent on your registered Mobile Number. Click on Submit.
- Create your Profile by entering the details such as:

3. Re-enter Password. Click on Next

A Confirmation receipt appears on your Screen for successful registration.

I have forgotten my existing Internet Banking User ID, how can I obtain
it?
You can get your new User ID through the below mentioned process:

Step 9: Enter OTP sent on your registered Mobile Number. Click on Submit.

You can generate your password by following the below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Visit our website

Step 3: Select Internet Banking
Step 4: Login page appears on your screen.
Step 5: Click on “Reset Password” appearing on the right hand
side.
Step 6: Enter Customer ID and Date of Birth or Debit Card Number, Card PIN and
Expiry Date.
Step 7: Click on Next.
Step 8: Please verify the details displayed on the screen
Step 9: Enter OTP sent on your registered Mobile Number. Click on Submit.
Step 10: Enter your New Password
Step 11: Re-confirm your New Password
Step 12: A Confirmation receipt appears on your screen for successful change
of password.
Step 13: Click on Ok.
How many passwords do I have for Internet Banking?
You have only ONE password for Internet Banking i.e. Login password. The login
password, as the name suggests is required to login to your Internet Banking
account.
What is InterBank Fund Transfer?
InterBank Fund Transfer is a facility that allows you to transfer money from
your account with Utkarsh Small Finance Bank to an account in any other Bank,
subject to the beneficiary's Bank participating in the RBI National
Electronic Funds Transfer (RBI - NEFT) scheme. This facility is available
currently to resident Indian customers only.

You need to login using your Internet Banking login ID and password, and
select Other Bank Fund transfer option under Payments and Transfers on the
left hand side menu.

You will then need to select the source account and enter the amount to be
transferred and the details of the beneficiary account like beneficiary
name, beneficiary account number, account type, bank name and the
destination branch.

Your account will be debited online, subject to sufficient available
balance in your account. Requests will be processed as per NEFT batch
timings defined and issued by RBI on regular basis.

The time taken to credit the Beneficiary's Account will be dependent
on the time taken by the Beneficiary's Bank to process the payment.
Who can use Internet Banking?
All customers who have unconditional operating authority on any Utkarsh Small
Finance Bank’s Savings/Current account (presently only for Individual
Current Account holders) can get View and Transactional access to Internet
Banking.
What do I need to access Internet Banking?
To access Internet Banking you need:
- Internet Banking User ID and Password
- A PC with a browser
- An Internet connection
What are the charges for Internet Banking?
All Utkarsh Small Finance Bank customers are given free access to Internet
Banking.
While trying to log into Internet Banking, I get an error message, what
should I do?
Please check your User ID and password. Please note that password is case
sensitive ('a' is different from 'A').
The other reasons for an error could be:

Internet Banking is compatible on Google Chrome 40+, Mozilla Firefox 40+,
Internet Explorer 11 , Microsoft Edge 25.1 and Safari 7

You have entered the wrong password five times consecutively. Your User ID
will get locked. This is done to prevent somebody from guessing your
password and getting access to your account. Please call our Customer Care
Centre for more information.

Our server may be temporarily down, please try logging in after some time.
What is OTP and for how long is the OTP valid?
OTP refers to One Time Password. The OTP is valid for 2 minutes. One Time
Password acts as a secondary authentication over and above your login ID and
password for Online Banking. One Time Password is required for all key
financial transactions and this will be a 6 digit number sent as an SMS to
your Registered Mobile Number.
*Please note that every OTP comes with a unique Reference ID to help you enter
the relevant OTP in case you have generated multiple OTPs for the same
transaction.
How should I compose a Password?

Password should be a mix of alphabets and numerals or alphabets and
special characters ($#^@&%_.~!*) without any space in between.
- The password length should be between 6 to 28 characters.

New password cannot be the same as any of the last five login password.

How long is a User ID valid for?
Your User ID has no expiry date.
What modes of Fund Transfer is possible Online?
You can do a NEFT/RTGS/IMPS transfer online using your account to transfer
funds between Utkarsh account and Other Bank accounts. To initiate any fund
transfer, you need to Register a Beneficiary.
What is a Beneficiary and how to enroll a Beneficiary?
A Beneficiary is the person you wish to transfer funds to. There are no
restrictions in the number of Beneficiaries that you can add on your
account.
In your Internet Banking account > under Transfers > Add a New
Beneficiary, you can add a new Beneficiary. Once Beneficiary details are
entered, you will be requested to validate the same with a One Time password..
Once Beneficiary is added, you can make the first transaction within 4 hours
for other Bank Customers & within 30 mins. for Utkarsh Customers.
What details do you need to add a Beneficiary?
- Account number
- Account type

IFSC Code - You can directly enter the IFSC Code or use our search option
to type the Bank name, State name, City name and Branch to fetch the right
IFSC Code.

Beneficiary Name – Actual name of the account holder you are trying
to transfer funds to.

Beneficiary Nick Name – You don’t have to remember the actual
name. Create your own nick names for friends/family or anyone that you
wish to make the transfer to.
What are the non-financial transactions I can perform using my Online
Banking account?
- View your Account balance
- View your Account statement

- Download Periodic Account Statement
- Debit Card PIN Reset / Green PIN

- View your Fixed Deposit details

For how long will my Internet Banking window be open before the session
times out?
Your Internet Banking account will be idle upto 5 minutes of inactivity. Post
5 minutes, the session will be logged out and the user needs to login again.
What are the precautions I need to take for Internet Banking?

Please memorize the password and destroy the password mailer after you
receive it.

After receiving the password mailer, immediately log on to Internet
Banking and change your password.

Please don't disclose your password to anyone, including the Utkarsh
Small Finance Bank staff.

Please change your password at regular intervals (at least once a month),
especially after you have accessed Internet Banking on shared PCs.

Please don't use obvious passwords (like name, date of birth, etc.)
