Mr. Mukesh Singh Verma is the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of Utkarsh Small Finance Bank. He has overall experience of around 20 years in financial Services and has across industry experience in Finance, Corporate Affairs, Regulatory Compliances, Labour Law Compliances, Corporate Legal, and Banking Regulation. He is a fellow member (FCS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and Member (MCSI) of Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) holds an MBA degree in HR & Finance. In addition, he acquired his master’s in law (LLM) from Kalinga University and AML Certification (IIBF). Prior to Utkarsh, he has worked with Religare Finvest Ltd (Religare Group) as Head- Compliance/ CO. He also had stints with Northeast Small Finance Bank, AU Small Finance Bank and NBFCs among others.
